The Cheyenne Civic Center Box Office is open Monday-Friday
10:00 AM - 5:00 PM and two hours prior to ticketed performances.

The Cheyenne Civic Center is located in downtown
Cheyenne, Wyoming just off of I-25N. The Center is
located on the south side of the City Municipal Building

The Civic Center Box Office has three ticket windows.
Two are located in the front of the Civic Center, facing
20th Street inside the front entrance. The “will call” pick
up window is located around the east side of the
building inside the north doors.
Ordering tickets:
- Tickets must be paid for upon purchase. All sales are final.
- Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.
- Box Office is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.
- Tickets will be mailed up to 7 days prior to event. Otherwise they can be picked up at the Box Office Will Call window.
- The Will Call ticket window will open 2 hours prior to events.
- Tickets are subject to Applicable Fees.

Payment Methods:
The Cheyenne Civic Center accepts all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Credit cards are accepted online, over the phone, and at the Box Office ticket window. Personal checks and cash are also accepted at the Civic Center Box Office ticket window.

Parking:
The Cheyenne Civic Center has public and handicap parking available at the George Cox Parking Garage located at the corner of Pioneer and 20th Street. Additional parking is available at the parking lot on the corner of O’Neil and 20th Street.
Theatre Guidelines:
- All programs, dates, and times subject to change without notice.
- No food or beverages are allowed in the auditorium
- No audio or video recording devices allowed.
- Handicapped seating is limited. Please make requests prior to events.
- Lobby doors will open 1 hour prior to event time. Auditorium doors will open approximately 1⁄2 hour prior to the event. Late arrivals will be seated at the House Manager’s discretion.
- Due to Fire Code everyone (including infants) must have a ticket.
